    Easy Vegan Hibachi Noodles

I love noodles, all sorts of noodles.

This vegan Asian noodle recipe is one for the whole fam.

This meal is as easy as making sauce, cooking noodles, and then cooking them together.

I love vegan meals that take 30 minutes or less because let's be real, we are busy!

These quick vegan dinners are my favorite! If you're looking for some more quick dinners check these other options Vegan Teriyaki Soy Curls- always please a crown, or this Vegan Beans and Cornbread.

    What are hibachi noodles?

Hibachi noodles are typically made on a griddle surface or wok and fried up with a slightly sweet, soy, garlic sauce.

Think of the typical noodles you have at an Asian-style restaurant that cooks the meal in front of you on those big griddles. That's hibachi noodles.

What kind of noodles do you use in hibachi noodles?

Typically you use a yakisoba noodle but those aren't always easy to find. So, I almost always use a regular spaghetti noodle and it works great.

Can you make these hibachi noodles oil-free?

Yes, you can and I almost always do. Just leave the oil out and you're good to go.

These vegan noodles are best if you grill them on a grill pan or wok but often times I get lazy and just want to dirty one dish.

So, I just throw them back in the pot, and that works great also!

What do you need for these vegan hibachi noodles?

    • yakisoba or spaghetti noodles
    • edamame
    • tahini
    • chili garlic paste
    • garlic
    • apple cider vinegar
    • soy sauce
    • brown sugar
    • black pepper
    • vegetable broth
    • sesame oil *Optional

How do you make these vegan Asian style noodles?

    Start with making your noodles.

Cook according to package directions, but in the last 5 minutes, add the edamame, strain when cooked, and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, make your sauce by combining the sauce ingredients and stirring.

Take a wok or skillet and add your noodles/edamame and sauce.

Cook until the sauce is soaked in and feel free to get the noodles a little crispy if you want.

You can also add more oil or vegan butter if you want to make them more like the Asian-style restaurants.
