Take a skillet and put on medium-high heat. Add the vegan butter and crumble the tofu with your hands and mix the tofu and vegan butter. Now add the seasoning, cooked cut up potatoes, cooked breakfast meat of choice, and optional vegan cheese *but tasty. We usually use Yves "ham" or vegan breakfast sausage. Mix together and cook on medium-low heat for 7-10 minutes. Wrap in a tortilla and fill with your favorite fillers like avocado, salsa, hot sauce, whatever you fancy.
