- 1 teaspoon oil
- half onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Impossible burger patties
- ½ TB cumin
- 1 TB Chili Powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 can chili beans in sauce
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Topping
- 1 bag fritos
- ½- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese amount will vary on how cheesy you want it

- Guacamole
- vegan sour cream
- salsa
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Get a 9x13 pan, grease it with cooking spray, and set aside.
Take a large pan and add some oil and your diced onion; cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until cooked. Then add your garlic and stir cooking for about 30 seconds.
Add your remaining ingredients except for the fritos and stir, cook for about 5 minutes.
Take your prepared 9x13 pan and place the bean mixture in an even layer, then top with vegan cheese and Fritos covering the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve with toppings if desired.
