Preheat your oven to broil; get a baking sheet, place foil on it, and set it aside.
Take a small bowl and combine your vegan butter, vegan mayo, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and onion powder; stir this until it's mixed together.
Take your loaf of bread and slice it down the middle like a hamburger bun.
Now slather the vegan butter mixture on the open slices of the loaf. Place the bread butter side up on the prepared baking sheet and broil for 2-7 minutes *watching closely because it can go from good to burnt in two seconds. The cooking time will also depend on how thick your bread is. Mine was very thick and done in 6 minutes, burnt at 7 minutes. Check at the 2-minute mark. I like to leave my oven light on to make sure it doesn't burn.
Take your vegan parmesan and sprinkle it on the cooked garlic bread while it's still warm.
