Take a food processor and add the package of Oreos; let process until crumbs.
Take a medium bowl and melt the ¼ cup of vegan butter. Combine this with the crushed Oreos until well-mixed. Take a pie dish and press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of the pie dish. It's important to get it firmly or else it won't stay together. Place this in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Get a medium bowl and combine the peanut butter, softened vegan butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth and combined. Pour this peanut butter mixture onto the crust and spread evenly. Place this in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Add the vegan whipping cream and any topping you want.
Place in the freezer for 12 hours or until the peanut butter layer is set up.
