Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped small
  • 1 can corn
  • ¼ cilantro
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and cut small
  • 3 TB lime
  • 2 garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ TB vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ripe avocado chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except the avocado. Stir them together and place them covered in the fridge. When you're ready add the avocado and serve with chips or on top of tacos.
