Easy Vegan BBQ Tostadas

- 15.5 oz can black beans
- 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans
- Hummus
- corn tortillas
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ or more cup vegan cheese
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Get two cookie sheets, spray with oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.
Take a colander and rinse and drain the beans.
Take the rinsed and drained beans and add them to a medium bowl. Now use a potato or pastry cutter to smash the beans. Take your half cup of BBQ sauce and stir it into the bean mixture until incorporated.
Take your corn tortillas and spread a layer of hummus on them. Now take the bean mixture and put an even layer of beans on top of the tortilla and hummus. Top with a sprinkling of vegan cheese. Place on the cookie sheet (mine fit 6 per cookie sheet). Cook for 20-25 minutes until the tortilla is a little crispy.
