- ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 TB lime juice
- 2-3 TB brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-5 cups assorted fruit chopped
Mix all but your fruit into a small saucepan. Simmer, stirring until the mixture has thickened some. Once thickened, remove from heat. Place your chopped fruit into a medium-size serving bowl, pour the cooled sauce over the fruit, and stir. Let sit in the fridge to soak in the flavor.
