Preheat your oven to 350F (175 C), grease and flour two 9 inch loaf pans and set aside.2. Mix all ingredients, except for the glaze section, mix until combined. 3. While it's cooking make your glaze and set it aside. 4. Pour into the prepared loaf pans, bake for about 60 minutes, start checking at 55 minutes, it may need more time. When a toothpick comes out clean you know it's done. Let rest for 5 minutes. Poke holes in the bread, and use a pastry brush to spread the glaze, while it's still warm. ** I like to carefully remove the bread, put a thing of wax paper down under my cooling rack, then do the poking and glaze pour, so it runs down the sides. Once cooled, enjoy!
